Is an insurance included on the Youcanski pack?
Esf does not manage the insurances, it only recommends students to have one for safe skiing.
You'll therefore have to take out insurance (such as Snowrisk).
What equipment do I need in addition to the one included in the pack?
Sunglasses, sunscreen, winter hat, appropriate clothing for skiing...
As for equipment such as ski boots or the ski helmet, they are included in the Youcanski offer.
